Joseph Bejjani, also known as Joe Bejjani, was a Lebanese telecommunications employee and an amateur military photographer, born around 1984. He resided in the village of Kahaleh in the Aley District of Mount Lebanon.

Bejjani worked for Alfa Telecom, a Lebanese mobile operator, and was known for his photography of military aircraft, tanks, soldiers, and military installations in Lebanon. He reportedly had credentials or collaborative access with the Lebanese Army and defense institutions for his photography work.

On the morning of December 21, 2020, while preparing to take his daughters to school, Bejjani was approached by two assailants outside his home. One assailant shot him at close range, while the other stole his phone before both fled on a motorcycle. His phone was later recovered in the nearby town of Qmatiyeh. The murder was characterized as highly professional and potentially linked to his photography, particularly his coverage of sensitive military sites.

The incident sparked protests in Kahaleh, with villagers blocking the highway and demanding accountability. Several human rights organizations included Bejjani's death in reports on politically sensitive assassinations in Lebanon, criticizing the investigation's shortcomings.
