Cian Farah is the Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Real Estate Development LLC in the UAE, bringing over 11 years of experience in the property development and construction industry. Under his leadership, Aurora has successfully delivered more than 1 million square feet of real estate development, valued at AED 900 million, and currently manages a rental portfolio worth AED 100 million across 350 units. Farah has noted a shift in the UAE real estate sector towards end-users rather than investment-driven buyers, with his company having completed 46,451 square meters of residential developments and over 65,032 square meters in the pipeline.
