Dubai Municipality and Dubai Holding have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to bolster environmental sustainability in Dubai and support the goals of the Dubai Integrated Waste Management Strategy 2021-2041 and the Dubai Urban Plan 2040.
The partnership, announced during the Asia-Pacific Cities Summit & Mayors' Forum 2025, builds on the "Circle Dubai" initiative--designed to reduce waste at source, promote reuse and recycling, and accelerate the shift to a circular economy.
