Palma Holding has launched its new flagship residential development, Serenia District, located in the upscale Jumeirah Islands community of Dubai. Covering approximately 600,000 sq ft ( 55,700 m2) and valued at around AED 5 billion, the project comprises six integrated towers and is designed by renowned Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei, drawing on the Ireko design philosophy of tranquility and space.
The first phase, called "West Residence", is a 46-storey tower offering 419 units ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments. Units start from around AED 2 million, with a 60/40 payment plan. Handover is expected in December 2028.
