A new mixed-use development, Radiant Atrium, by Radiant Real Estate has officially launched on Al Reem Island's "City of Lights" district. The project features two towers -- a 20-storey residential tower and a 23-storey commercial tower -- joined by a shared podium of retail, amenities and parking. Studios start from around AED 650,000.
